  • What is your return policy?
    At JMD Toy Store, we value our customers buying experience. We understand that there are times when an item may need to be returned for one reason or another. Returns are accepted for items still new in box within 30 days. Refunds will be for the price of the item (not including shipping.) Unfortunately, due to the collectible nature of many of these items, we are unable to accept returns on opened items. We understand that extenuating circumstances can occur, and we encourage buyers to contact us with any concerns. Refunds are processed within 48 hours of the return being received.   • Why am I unable to ship to a different address?
    Due to an increase in fraudulent credit card activity, we only allow shipments to the billing address of the credit card. If you need to use a different address for a gift or some other reason, please contact us at jmdretail@gmail.com, and we will see what we may be able to work out to accommodate your situation.  back to top

  • What is the difference between standard and expedited shipping?
    Standard shipping uses USPS First Class, USPS Media Mail, USPS Parcel Post, or FedEx Smartpost. Expedited shipments use FedEx Home Delivery or USPS Priority Mail.  back to top

  • Why should I pre-order an item?
    When you preorder from JMD Toy Store, we will reserve that item for you once our shipment arrives. Some items do pre-sell out, which means that we are out of stock before the shipment arrives. So the best way to make sure that you don't miss out is to pre-order your item.  back to top

  • When am I charged for my pre-order?
    If you are paying by credit card, the card is not charged until the item is shipped. However, there will be a pended charge initially to verify that the credit card is valid. This pended charge should disappear after a few business days. If you use PayPal, the amount is charged up front and your item will ship once it arrives in stock.  back to top

  • Can I cancel my pre-order?
    Yes, pre-orders can be cancelled at any time. There is no fee for cancelling a pre-order, unless the item is expected to arrive within 30 days. Within 30 days of the expected arrival date, there is a 10% cancellation fee.  back to top

  • Does JMD Toy Store purchase collections?
    Yes, we do purchase collections from time to time. If you are interested in selling your items, please email us at jmdretail@gmail.com. Please include a list of what items you have and any pictures that may be available. We will let you know if it is something that we are interested in.  back to top

  • What if I didn't see what I was looking for on your site?
    Send us an email with the information on the item. We do have some inventory that is not up on our site yet, and we are able to special order some items as well. Let us know what you're looking for, and we'll see what we can do!  back to top
